Once approved as a Wholesale Customer: Please send us your order via mail to sales@glowingdandelion.co.za
Websites: No Wholesaler is authorised to sell our products on platforms such as Facebook Market place, Takealot, OneDayOnly, One deal a day. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violators will lose wholesale status. Only allowed if we provide unbranded soap and as part of the agreement and approval of your Wholesaler Status. Unbranded Wholesalers can advertise under their own branding and take full responsibility for the products.
Best by Dates: Our products have a shelf life of 12 – 24 months.
Storage/Display: Handmade products must be stored and displayed in a climate-controlled (cooled or heated to room temperature), dry environment away from excessive heat, light, humidity, and direct exposure to metal. Never display natural products in direct sunlight as this will degrade them. By displaying our soaps in baskets or by stacking them on top of each other, they will get shop worn very quickly. Finally, do not display or store our soaps directly on metal. Metal ions speed up oxidation and will cause the soaps to spoil sooner than they normally would.
Changes: We cannot make changes after your order has been processed so please make sure it is correct.
Returns: All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable unless we’ve made an error on your order. Please report any issues within 24 hours after delivery. Additional information and photos may be required to resolve errors, please keep the shipping packaging if possible.
Minimum Price Policy: Do not set your retail prices (even sale prices) lower than 10% off our regular online retail prices shown on our retail site to manage pricing and maintain a minimum retail price.
Animal Testing: Almost all of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. We might use honey in a soap bar but that information will be on the website and indicated.
Shipping/Handling: We use The Courier Guy, each order will be delivered nationally within 5 business days unless otherwise specified when you place your order.
Please remember to place orders 6 weeks before the date that you need the stock and clearly specify the date on your order so that we can brief in production.
