Returns Policy
Returns Policy Overview:
This policy outlines the criteria and processes for returning and refunding goods. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement only as explicitly provided in this Refund Policy.
Conditions for Return:
Defective/Damaged Products: Return defective or damaged items within seven working days of delivery. Clearly state the reason, provide an explanation of the alleged defect, and include pictures as proof. Report any defect within 24 hours of discovery.
Incorrect Product Received: Report delivery of an incorrect product within 24 hours. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Sensitivity or Allergic Reaction: For returns due to sensitivity or allergic reaction, include an explanation and pictures of the sensitivity.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom products, T-shirts (unless due to our error), vouchers, and gift boxes, cannot be returned.
Shipping: Glowing Dandelion covers shipping costs for returning defective items and replaces defective products at no additional cost.
Returns Procedure:
Email info@glowingdandelion.co.za with:
- Order number
- Name
- Surname
- Reason for return (including pictures)
- Preferred return action: Refund/Replace
Glowing Dandelion responds within 48 hours after receiving your return request.
General:
Upon meeting all Returns Policy conditions, your purchase agreement is considered canceled upon receipt of returned items by Glowing Dandelion.
Failure to comply with the returns procedure will result in refund declination.
All returns are subject to final authorization and confirmation by Glowing Dandelion.
