Once your order is packed, Glowing Dandelion will promptly email you a tracking number. For delivery-related inquiries, please utilize the provided tracking number or reach out directly to our 3rd party courier, the Courier Guy. They will send you a pin code via SMS/email for added security during delivery. Kindly have the pin code on hand when receiving your parcel to ensure a secure handover.

Glowing Dandelion does not ship internationally and only within the borders of South Africa in 3 to 5 working days. We will inform our customers if we are aware of any delay in a delivery for more than 48 hours.

Glowing Dandelion makes use of a third-party courier service and therefore does not accept nor take any responsibility for the following:

• Delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched to the third party courier service;
• Delays owing to incomplete information provided by customers
• Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers;
• Deliveries are received at the shipping address by persons other than the purchaser.
